For those who want a unique and exciting way to promote your organization, consider sponsoring a polo team or a polo event. It’s a great way to entertain your family, friends, customers and clients or to support the charity of your choice. Whichever package you choose, we can assure you your day at the Polo Grounds will be fun – unique – and a day in the country for all of you to remember as you watch the most competitive teams in the Midwest play the spectacular game of polo!
Team sponsor - $5,000
Two team sponsorships are available. The Club will play under your company’s name and colors, both at home and on the road. Read and hear about your team each week. This sponsorship will also entitle you to season parking passes and picnic tables adjacent to the field, plus 50 tickets per game. It’s great fun – and great advertising.
Charity Sponsor - $2,500
The entire polo complex is yours for the day. We will provide the polo; you and your charity provide whatever other entertainment you see fit with the use of our picnic shelters, bleachers, those picnic tables not reserved for our Patron Sponsors, and other field facilities. You can determine the admission price for pre-sold tickets: the Club’s regular admission charge will continue to be available to regular attendees at the gate. All gate proceeds will be donated to the charity of your choice. With proper planning, and the choice of an enthusiastic charity, tens of thousands of dollars can be raised in a single day. This is a great opportunity to assist your favorite charity, while at the same time sponsoring a unique and memorable outing for your guests.
Corporate Sponsor - $1,200
This is our most popular sponsorship. The polo grounds are "yours" for the day. In some instances, you will be asked to share the day with another sponsor. We will provide up to 300 free admission tickets for your guests, your private pavilion and bleachers, picnic tables, parking and viewing areas and appropriate media and advertising coverage to recognize your corporate sponsorship. Prior to the game, Club members will provide a special orientation for your group, explaining the game of polo and the importance of the thoroughbred horse. At the game's conclusion, your company representative will present the trophies to the winning team, after which members of both teams will mingle with your guests. You can, of course, also provide a luncheon or snacks at the field for your guests. You can retain them, or the caterer of your choice, or simply bring your own food and beverages for a field side picnic. This is a great idea for your company picnic - or just to entertain your friends, customers or business associates.
Patron Sponsor - $500
This package is geared to those who want to treat twelve friends or customers every weekend to a day at the polo grounds. It includes your own season parking spot adjacent to the field with your own picnic table and twelve tickets for each of the 12 Sunday games and the Friday evening games. Two or three families can share this sponsorship and thus be assured of the best seats available for the entire season. This is a great way to treat your families, customers and friends to an entire season of polo.
Tailgater - $300
This package is designed for those who want to entertain a smaller group at the polo grounds for a single game. This sponsorship includes 25 admission tickets and your own tent adjacent to the field with your own picnic tables and parking and viewing area, together with appropriate media and program advertising. Bring your own beer and brats – or caviar and champagne – or you can make arrangements with the caterer of your choice to provide a luncheon at the field.
